Coho Building | Tualatin OROregon’s own Gramor Development, Inc. launched in the Portland, OR/Vancouver, WA area in January 1985, under the leadership of Barry Cain, president. The commercial real estate development company has since grown to include a highly skilled and flexible professional team well versed in all aspects of commercial real estate with an emphasis on mixed-use development of retail and office properties. Collectively, the company’s staff has more than 200 years’ combined knowledge in local commercial real estate development in producing a proactive vision of the highest quality projects that are both market responsive and timeless.

To date, Gramor has completed more than 65 developments totaling some 4 million square feet and valued at nearly $1.0 billion. Development property types include retail, restaurant, office, medical, health clubs, and residential. As a commercial real estate developer, Gramor has worked with most of the municipalities in the greater Vancouver, WA and Portland, OR metropolitan areas including Battle Ground, Beaverton, Canby, Gresham, Happy Valley, Lake Oswego, Molalla, Sherwood, Tigard, Troutdale, Tualatin, West Linn, and Wilsonville, and unincorporated Clackamas, Washington, and Clark counties.

At present the average employment time for its full staff is over 10 years, and average employment time for senior staff is over 15 years. After construction, Gramor continues to manage its projects with the same high quality approach to maximize the experience of tenants and retailers, so they can operate successful businesses. Gramor currently manages approximately 4 million square feet of commercial space with more than 400 tenants.
