Gramor Development has broken ground on Lacamas Crossing, 18-acre complex with 181,000 square feet of retail space. The $40 million shopping center, at Northeast 192nd Avenue and Southeast First Street in east Vancouver, will feature a 154,000-square-foot Costco, as well as an additional 27,000 square feet of retail space.

Gramor begins work on $40 million Vancouver project. Gramor Development on Wednesday broke ground on a $40 million construction project in east Vancouver, its second major new development in as many weeks.
Gramor Development announced has secured $60 million in loans to fund the building of a large Oregon shopping center. Construction on the complex, on the Southwest Barrows Road border between Tigard and Beaverton, Ore., will begin this week.
New Seasons and Cinetopia will open new locations in Beaverton next year as developer Barry Cain on Wednesday said his company secured a $45 million loan from U.S. Bank to begin construction on a long-awaited shopping center.
