The new development at Reed's Crossing boasts a mix of restaurants, wellness services and neighborhood businesses for Hillsboro residents — and beyond — to explore.

For dining options, fast-casual favorites like Shake Shack, Qdoba Mexican Eats and Korean fried chicken spot Chimcking are sure to satisfy, while patrons can expand their palate at other popular restaurants including Nikki Sushi & Steak, Chill ‘N’ Grill Indian Fusion and Spitz Mediterranean Street Food.

“As a locally owned and operated business, we aim to partner with developers who share our commitment to Oregon and bringing quality food and services to emerging neighborhoods such as Reed’s Crossing. Partnering with Gramor is an ideal match,” said Stan Kramer, owner of Qdoba, which will now operate 10 restaurants across the state.

The development also marks the return and expansion of businesses in Hillsboro: Hops n Drops, the sports bar-style chain known for its signature beers and cocktails, will make its way back to the city after closing Tanasbourne location last year. Meanwhile, Insomnia Coffee has announced its fourth Hillsboro location at the South Hillsboro shopping center.

Even banking needs will be covered, with OnPoint Community Credit Union opening a new location and Wells Fargo relocating its Aloha branch to the shopping center.

For neighbors with pets, the town center will be a one-stop destination for all of one’s animal needs, featuring the likes of Spruce Veterinary Urgent Care and Scenthound Pet Grooming, along with Pets on Broadway, the metro area’s largest locally owned pet shop.

“We're thrilled to be part of this exciting new community,” said Joe Morton, one of the owners of Pets on Broadway, in a release. “We hope to be a great addition for the families, businesses, schools and groups, both present and future.”
