Barry Cain owns and directs Gramor Development, Inc., a commercial retail real estate company specializing in the development of retail shopping centers and restaurants. Since 1985, Gramor consistently has been one of the most active commercial developers in the metropolitan Portland area, having completed more than 70 retail and mixed-use projects valued in excess of $1.0 billion.
